MIAMI Magazine and Château Auguste Rosé kick off MIAMI SWIM WEEK 2018
Rosé All Day at the Necker Cup in the Bahamas
MIAMI Magazine’s SWIM X event was held last Tuesday at the new X Miami Social Apartment community. This new adult dorm-style housing located in downtown Miami turned into a great party to kick off Miami Swim Week 2018 and to celebrate the opening of this new concept. With 500 plus guests in attendance, the night was full of summer fun, fashion shows, cocktails, food and a poolside runway. Château Auguste Rosé was there to join the celebration with Rosé Sangria cocktails being prepared and served in the central bar. Guests were delighted with this Bordeaux Rosé wine that quickly became the center of attention. The recipe for this cocktail includes sloe gin, elderflower liqueur, crème de cassis and topped with soda water. Château Auguste Sangria cocktails were the perfect company for a night full of summer trends, music and fun. Cheers!

Dancing Mermaids participates in Pinta Miami at Art Basel 2017
Participants of this year’s Necker Cup showed their fancy footwork on the courts, but as well enjoyed numerous poolside and beach parties with none other than Dancing Mermaids Rosé. Sir Richard Branson’s brainchild, the Pro-Am Necker Cup is usually held on Branson’s private island but due to devastation caused by Hurricane Irma, this annual event temporarily moved to The Bahamas. Dancing Mermaids was thrilled to serve as the wine sponsor at the Necker Cup this year and also offered up its sister chateau in Bordeaux, France (Chateau Gaby) at the final evening’s fabulous silent auction which raised more than a million dollars. Proceeds from the Necker Cup will go toward the rejuvenation of the British Virgin Isles and Necker Island. We hope to see you next year at the Necker Cup on Necker Island! Cheers!

Yes Way to Rosé this Thanksgiving
Miami residents and ballet aficionados joined the Miami City Ballet last week for a behind-the-scenes look at the production of George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker before the mid-December premiere. An exclusive tasting of Dancing Mermaids Rosé was available for guests upon arrival before the sneak peek began. Guests sipped on our refreshing rosé and chatted about the much-anticipated holiday classic. Miami City Ballet Artistic Director Lourdes Lopez led the special evening interviewing power couple Isabel and Ruben Toledo on their vision for bringing this holiday fairy tale to life next month. After the interview, costume and scenery reveals, and some amazing performances, the evening continued on with an exclusive after party featuring Dancing Mermaids Rosé.
Feels like a Rosé Holiday
The holidays can be a stressful time of year for everyone. Whether you’re trying to impress your family, new boyfriend or even your fabulous mother-in-law, planning the perfect Thanksgiving dinner can be daunting. While the food often requires teamwork and your turkey might be a touch dry, choosing the right wine is where you can personally stand out. Instead of opting for the traditional red or white wines that everyone serves, why not go for the unexpected rosé? Dancing Mermaids Rosé pairs perfectly with traditional holiday dishes and will satisfy everyone’s palate with its tangy red berry flavors and stony fresh finish that carries no excess weight. This year, make it a rosé holiday.
As the holidays draw near, many of us are making plans to entertain family and friends. Why not elevate this year's festivities with Dancing Mermaids Rosé. Our wine is unique in that it comes from the region of Bordeaux in France and pairs well with many holiday dishes including the traditional turkey. It's racy, precise and light on its feet with tangy red berry flavors and a suave oral overtone.
