She Said, “Oui!”

This summer, Thirsty Nest, a wine registry created by the people at Wine Enthusiast, held a sweepstakes where twenty brides and their bridal parties could win THE best bachelorette party ever. Other partners in the wine and wedding industries joined in to get a piece – or rather a glass – of the action.

Château Auguste and Lunetta Wines brought the pink drink (rosé of course), and Château Auguste provided gift bags to congratulate all the lucky brides, which included delightful photo props to pay homage to our French homeland. Social media is littered with smiling bridal parties beaming alongside a speech bubble proclaiming, “She said oui!” Gracious Home, a luxury New York home décor store, also chipped in with items like pink bottles, perfect for keeping an entire bottle of rosé cold.

Every guest also received an Alex and Ani charm bracelet to remember the occasion.  Kleinfeld Bridal Party – yes, the bridal boutique made famous by TLC’s “Say Yes to the Dress” – gifted one grand prize-winning bride her wedding dress as well as dresses for her bridesmaid’s. Talk about a dream come true!

Rosé All Day…And All Night

This unforgettable event was held Friday, August 16th at Rosé Mansion in New York City. What better venue could there possibly be than this monochrome millennial pink wonderland? More of an amusement park than a wine bar, this magical museum of wine is room after themed room of Instagram-ready photo opportunities crafted by amazing artists. Some examples: a clawfoot tub filled with rose petals, a bubbly pink ball pit, and a chandelier swing.

“The Rosé Mansion bachelorette event with Château Auguste was the best night of our whole trip to NYC,” said Lindsay, one of the winning brides. “Great wine. Great friends. What more could you ask for?”

Serious fun was had by all. Entertainment was in no short supply with boy band covers courtesy of The Boy Band Project, drag queens, and a charismatic Freddie Mercury impersonator.  What a legendary evening. At Château Auguste, we believe rosé season isn’t just a time of year, it’s a lifestyle centered around celebration and taking one’s fun seriously.

Celebrity Winemaker

Luckily for all the lovely ladies in attendance, the Best Bachelorette Party aligned with the Château Auguste winemaker’s tour of America. Damien Landouar, an esteemed vintner from Bordeaux, got to mingle with all the guests in attendance. He embraced his rock star status and signed wine label posters for Château Auguste’s newest fans to take home.
