Rose gin fizz

Ingredients:

2 oz Château Auguste Rosé
1 oz gin
½ oz lemon juice
1 oz passion fruit purée
1 oz honey mix
Top off with soda water

Optional: dash of Angostura bitters

Method:

Combine the rosé, gin, lemon juice, passion fruit puree, honey mix, and a dash of bitters (optional) in to a cocktail shaker. Shake with 1 cup of crushed ice. Pour into a glass and top off with soda water. Add additional ice if needed and enjoy!
 
Garnish: lemon wheel
 
Notes: To make the honey mix, simmer ½ cup water with ½ cup honey in a small saucepan over moderate heat, stirring until the honey has dissolved. Let the syrup cool. The honey mix can be refrigerated for up to 1 month.


Auguste Flame

Strawberry Roséito

Ingredients:

2 ½ oz Château Auguste Rosé
1 oz aged white rum
½ oz strawberry syrup
½ oz pink grapefruit juice

Method

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with 1 cup of crushed ice. Pour into a glass and add additional ice if needed.
 
Garnish: Garnish with multiple fresh key lime wheels.


 

Auguste Soleil

Rose Sangria

Ingredients:

2 oz Château Auguste Rosé
1 oz sloe gin
½ oz elderflower liqueur
½ oz crème de cassis
1 oz soda water

Method

Combine rosé, gin, elderflower liqueur, and crème de cassis into a cocktail shaker and shake with 1 cup of crushed ice. Pour into a glass and top with soda water.
 
Garnish: Fruit of your choice or lemon zest around rim and lemon slices in the glass.


Auguste Daze

Château Auguste Paloma

Ingredients:

2 oz Château Auguste Rosé
½ oz blanco tequila
1 oz pink grapefruit juice
½ oz honey mix
½ oz lime juice
1 oz soda water

Method

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with 1 cup of crushed ice. Pour into a double rocks glass and top off with soda.
 
Garnish: Garnish with lime wheel and fresh mint sprig.
